Spending a day in Clacton-On-Sea with my boyfriend. 03.02.2018

Hey guys, hope you all had a lovely weekend. (I will explain another time why my blog has been slacking) I want to bring you a nice blog post about a day out I had with my boyfriend this weekend.

So normally every weekend me and my boyfriend go to the shopping centres because which girl don't like shopping? But this year I want to get saving also I can't believe I am saying this but shopping every weekend can get a bit boring (omg I did actually just say that) although this does't really stop me shopping online.

Anyway we wanted to come up with other ideas on how we could spend our Saturdays so we are not sitting around and being all bored. Kristofer couldn't think of anything we could do so I suggested we get up at a decent time on Saturday and take a drive and spend a few hours at Clacton-On-Sea. I admit it is the wrong time of year to go but it was still fun.

After driving to Clacton we ended up arriving around 1pm and then first thing we decided to do was go and grab some lunch. We walked around a little to see what food places we could find and the few places we went into were very busy. So we decided to go into Mcdonalds and get our lunch from there (classy I know, But I don't even care I enjoy a McDonald's once in a while)

After eating our lunch we went for a walk along the highstreet and decided to head for the pier.

I only ever go to Clacton when I go away with my family for a long weekend so it felt so weird but nice to go there for a random day out. The Pier was having a lot of changes done to it but when I go back later on in the year hopefully the changes will be done and I can see all the new things. As boring as this picture probably is to some people I love this picture. Clacton holds so many memories for me. And now it reminds me of the day I spent there with my boyfriend.

Once we checked out the pier we thought we would go into the arcade and it was so busy but Kristofer decided we should play some games which is always fun. Considering I normally lose I beat Kris at most of the games in there and this made me happy that I could say I won for once. Although baskets ball was one of the games I didn't win because my arms started to hurt.

Kris was pretty good at this game. We won so many tickets well it was actually just over 200 which isn't actually that many if you want to claim a prize but playing games in the arcade against each other was actually really fun.

After the arcade we took a walk back up to the high street but I couldn't go too far without getting a selfie from our cute little day together.

We managed to get the Clacton Pier sign in our picture. I loved having a random day out at Clacton with my boyfriend it's not something we normally do as I said at the start of this post every single weekend I want to go shopping but you know what, I enjoyed this day so much more than going shopping and I hope me and my boyfriend can have many other weekends like this. I love creating memories and this blog post can remind me of that cute day that we had together and I can't wait to go back in the summer with my family and also Kristofer.
